We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or results from our Services. Performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control.

3. Payments

  • All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreement made with TNA Marketing.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, or other processors as communicated.

  • Payments are due prior to or at the beginning of the service period unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and account information.

  • Supply necessary access (e.g., advertising accounts, budgets, creative materials).

  • Ensure that your products/services comply with applicable laws and advertising policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, creatives, and strategies developed by us remain the property of TNA Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of your brand assets and data provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, financial, or technical information confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Platform errors, downtime, or rejections (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok).

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any loss of revenue, leads, or profits.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services with written notice. Any prepaid but unused fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
